    Jay and his wife Yoon Yi have a great love for cars and for customer service. Jay is typically in the store six days a week - which means that if you have a problem that you can talk to the owner himself. Jay grew up at his dad's side in the hospitality industry - so Jay knows customer service, in fact it's second nature to him. Jay got his business degree at NYU before moving over to Spokane to run Spokane Chrysler as the best family owned car dealership in the Inland Northwest.
